I coach the TOEFL speaking section task by task, because that is how it is scored. Delivery, language use and topic development are separate problems and they need separate practice.
Most of my students are testing for a university offer or a professional licence with a hard sectional minimum. I will always tell you what your realistic sectional range looks like before you spend money on a test date.
